Exploration of the Law about the Use of the Meridians and Acupionts in the Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence with Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the law about the use of the meridians and acupionts in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence with acupuncture.Methods:Summarize and analyze the clinical research literatures in re-cent 10 years in acupuncture treatment for stress urinary incontinence and published in core journals.Results:The study found commonly used acupoints for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in modern literatures:Guanyuan, Shenshu, Zusanli,Sanyinjiao;Clinical common meridian:foot Taiyang bladder meridian and Ren;Law of compatibility: often in local near bladder and acupoint selection, combined with selection of distant points, and the clinical use of Shu with points raised by compatiblity.Conclusion:Acupuncture for treatment of stress urinary incontinence,the selection and the compatibility of the points have rules to follow.To provide a more scientific basis, objective, reliable for clinical treatment of the disease, the future study should use the methods of evidence-based medicine, the establishment of a more scientific evaluation method and system of acupuncture for treatment of stress urinary incontinence.关键词
