Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment on oculomotor paralysis.Meth-ods:A total of 40 patients with oculomotor paralysis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture and the control group was treated by intramuscular vita-min B1 and B6,with 15 days as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was analyzed after 2~6 courses. Results:In the treatment group the total effectiveness was 95%;in the control group it was 70%,and there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05).According to improving diplopia and palpebral fissure size,there was a statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for treating oculomotor paralysis has an obviously curative effect,which is worth promoting.关键词
