Abstract
Objective:To analyze the resistance of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and Zusanli point test and summarize its relationship with the clinical syndromes, to guide the clinical therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:Clinical data of 172 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were collected,and then de-termine the clinical syndromes, determine bilateral Zusanli hole resistance application of surface resistance measurement, statistically analyze the results.Results:Among different syndrome types, Zusanli point resistance had different means, stomach collateral blood stasis type>dysfunction of liver and spleen stomach with Yin de-ficiency type>spleen deficiency type,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Different syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis patients have different Zusanli point resistance, which can guide the clinical treatment of acupuncture effectively.关键词
