Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinically curative effect of cluster needling of scalp acupuncture com-bined with hand penetration acupuncture on hand functional impairment after stroke.Methods:40 patients in-cluded in the study were randomly divided into two groups:a treatment group and a control group,with 20 cases in each group.All the cases received the cluster needling of scalp acupuncture therapy.Then cases in the con-trol group were treated with conventional acupuncture,and cases in the treatment group were treated with hand penetration acupuncture.All the cases received the treatment once a day,six times a week and successive four weeks.To evaluate the therapeutic effects, some rehabilitation observation scales were needed.They were Sim-plified Fugl-meyer ( FMA) scale and Barthel ADL index.According to the neurological function deficit scale ( CSS) ,calculate the total effective rate as an index to evaluate efficacy for the comparison.Results:After treat-ment,Simplified Fugl-meyer ( FMA) scale and Barthel ADL index were improved in the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85%,while in the control group it was 75%, and the former was better than the latter (P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster needling of scalp acupuncture combined with hand penetration acupunc-ture is better than the conventional acupuncture for treating patients’ hand functional impairment after stroke.关键词
