针刺治疗大鼠系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的光、电镜观察
Acupuncture Treatment of Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis in Rats by Light Microscope and Transmission Electron Microscope
摘要
Abstract
Objective:By observing the pathological changes of microstructure and ultrastructure of acupuncture on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis ( MsPGN) in rats, to investigate the morphological mechanisms of prevention and treatment of MsPGN.Methods:The mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis ( MsPGN ) rat models were induced by comprehensive immunization.Acupuncture treatment at Mingmen point,Shuangshenyu points Guanyuan point and Zhongwan point was used for the MsPGN rats,and the pathological changes were ob-served in kidney by LM and TEM.Results:Both of the acupuncture groups were compared with the model group.The mesangial cell and matrix were obviously decreased; the mesangial region had narrowed down( P<0.05,P<0.01);mesangial immune deposits disappeared and the damage of feet epithelial cells were reduced. Conclusion:The acupuncture has some therapeutic effect on MsPGN rats.关键词
