Abstract
Objective:To investigate the literature characteristics and research situation of lack of lactation after pregnancy with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Confirm subject terms,and then record the message and characteristics through retrieving database, exerting data process with statistical computing software.Results:There were 169 articles retrieved during confirmed period.During the recent 11 years, the common patterns of lack of lactation after pregnancy were Qi-blood depletion/Qi-blood insufficiency/Qi-blood weakness, liver constraint and Qi stagnation/binding constraint of liver Qi;Chinese angelica, cowherb seed, astragalus root, bupleurum were the most frequently used medicines;the articles which referred to self-made formula were in the majority;the points reflected the principle of“the indications of points extend to where their pertinent chan-nels reach” and“selecting points along a channel”.Conclusion:TCM has formed its own integral treatment sys-tem which has an obviously clinical effect.关键词
