Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinically curative effect of fire needling on tennis elbow.Methods:80 cases of tennis elbow were randomly divided into two groups:a treatment group with 40 cases and a control group with 40 cases, By visual analogue scale ( VAS) we observed patients in the two groups according to pain, and we evaluated the efficacy between two groups.The acupuncture points in two groups were the same: Ashi points, Quchi,Shousanli,Waiguan and Hegu.All patients were treated two times every week,and they were continuously treated for 4 weeks.Results:There was no difference of VAS score between two groups before treatment, but there was a significant difference between them after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of fire nee-dling on tennis elbow is exact,and it is worthy of further research and popularization.关键词
