穴位埋线对功能性便秘疗效和生活质量的研究
Research on the Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy on the Quality of Life and Functional Constipation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinically curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding treatment on functional constipation and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:120 functional constipation patients were randomly divided into a treatment group ( catgut embedding group ) and a control group ( acupuncture group) ,and each group had 60 cases.Observe the clinically curative effect and the PAC-QOL assessment of patients before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 75%in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .Each dimension of PAC-QOL score and the total score in two groups had no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05).The PAC-QOL score of patients in two groups changed obviously after treatment.There was a significant difference ( P<0.05),and the treatment group was more obvious than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for the treatment of functional constipation has an exactly curative effect, time saving, convenience and good tolerance.It can not only obviously improve the symptoms of constipation pa-tients, but it also can improve the quality of life among patients.It is worth clinical promotion.关键词
