Adenosine A1 Receptors Involved in Inflammatory Pain and the Mechanism of Analgesia by Electro-acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects on analgesia of electro-acupuncture by adenosine A1 receptor and to explore the mechanism of electro-acupuncture for analgesia.Methods:AA rats were used as the sub-jects of the study.According to the methods of behavioral threshold of pain test, we observed the influence of pain threshold.Results:The results of pain threshold indicated that EA could increase the pain threshold,icv. CCPA could increase it and enhance the analgesic effects of EA, while DPCPX could reduce the pain threshold in AA rats and simultaneously turn over the analgesic effects of EA.Conclusion:ADORA1 may be one of the im-portant targets on inflammatory pain and acupuncture analgesia.The central mechanism of the effect of acu-puncture on analgesia and anti-inflammation may be related to ADORA1 .关键词
