针刺对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后不同时间点血清 SOD和MDA表达的影响
Expression of SOD and MDA in the Serum of Rats Subjected to Cerebral Ischemic-reperfusion Treated by Acupuncture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture points at Baihui(GV20) and Zusanli(ST36) on the expression of SOD and MDA in serum of rats subjected to cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury( CIRI) .Meth-ods:Adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into following groups:the sham ( S) group, the middle cerebral artery occlusion ( MCAO ) group, the electro -acupuncture ( EA ) group and the edaravone ( ED ) group.Rats in MCAO, EA, and ED groups subjected to 2 h MCAO followed by 1, 3, 5, 7 d of reperfusion. The rats in EA group received electro-acupuncture treatment by needling at GV20 and left ST36;rats in EA and ED groups received electroacupuncture, or edaravone, respectively, once a day.Xanthine oxidase method was used to detect serum SOD activity and TBA method was used to detect the serum MDA content.Results:The trend of expression levels of SOD in serum of rats in MCAO group was increased,but then decreased.The levels of SOD in MCAO group were significantly lower than those in EA and ED groups.The trend of the ex-pression levels of MDA in serum of the rats in MCAO group was decreased,but then increased.The levels of MDA in MCAO group were significantly higher than those in EA and ED groups.The levels of SOD in EA group was significantly lower than those in ED group,and the levels of MDA in EA group was significantly higher than that in ED group.Conclusion:Acupuncturing at GV20 and ST36 has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury rats.This effect might be via oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation by increasing the levels of SOD and decreasing the levels of MDA.关键词
