Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of point application combined with pastes for chronic bronchitis. Methods:320 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into four groups.The A group was treated by only western medicine;the B group was treated by point application of Chinese medicine;the C group was treated by pastes of Chinese medicine;the D group was treated by point application of Chinese medicine com-bined with pastes,and compare the efficacy of exacerbation frequency,disease course and symptomic scores with those in the last year .Results:The differences of effective rates between A group and others had a statistical sig-nificance(P<0.05);the differences of effective rates between B group and D group;C group and D group had a statistical significance(P<0.05),and between B group and C group there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The differences of effective rates between the two years’treatment and one year's treatment,A group had no statistical significance ( P>0 .05 ) , but other groups all had a statistical significance ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclu-sion:Point application of Chinese medicine combined with pastes for treating chronic bronchitis had a prominent efficacy,and the therapy is better than the treatment by point application of Chinese medicine only or by pastes only,and the method is a safe and convenient therapy and can improve disease control, which is worthy of spread.关键词
