温通法对脊髓全横断大鼠CGRP和行为学的影响
Effects of Wentong Therapy on the Expression of CGRP and Behavior in Rats with Spinal Cord Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of moxibustion on the expression of CGRP in rats with spinal cord injury(SCI) and its behavior change.Methods:Fifteen Sprague-Dawley rats(weight:200g~250g) were di-vided into three groups:a normal control group,a SCI group and a moxibustion group, and were subjected to the spinal cord transection under the microscope ( except the normal control group) .Moxibustion treatment on gov-ernor vessel was given to the moxibustion group respectively for 3 days since the seventh day after operation.On the tenth day every group was condutcted by BBB scores and was recorded about the changes of their behaviors, and then draw the materials.Immunofluorescence staining was used to observe the changes of CGRP-positive area in spinal cord dorsal horn;western blot was used to detect the content changes of CGRP in spine.Results:The CGRP-positive staining area of spinal cord dorsal horn in the moxibustion group was higher than that in the SCI group, and CGRP contents in the moxibustion group were significantly higher (P<0.05) than those in the SCI group, while the difference between moxibustion and normal control groups were not significantly differ-ent(P>0.05).BBB scores showed no significant difference between moxibustion and SCI groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Moxibustion treatment can promote the expression of CGRP in SCI rats.BBB scores show a more obviously increased trend compared with those in the SCI group.关键词
