穴位埋线配合运动疗法治疗非特异性下腰痛临床疗效观察
Clinical Effect on Nonspecific Low Back Pain by Catgut Embedment Combined with Kinesitherapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect on nonspecific low back pain by catgut embedment com-bined with kinesitherapy.Methods:60 cases were divided into group A and B according to the random number table.Each group had 30 cases.Catgut embedment in acupoint and kinesitherapy were applied in group A;while all the cases in group B received the ultrasonic-medium frequency therapy.VAS and Oswestry question-naire were used in two groups before treatment,after one therapeutic course and after three months.Results:Both VAS and Oswestry decreased in two groups(P<0.01).In group A VAS decreased more obviously than that in group B,and there was a significant difference ( P <0.01 ); Oswestry decreased more significantly in group A than that in group B( P<0.01) .After 3 months of follow-up, group A had a stable efficacy, while group B had the recurrent phenomenon.Oswestry increased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Catgut em-bedment combined with kinesitherapy has a significant efficacy and has a long-term effect on nonspecific low back pain.关键词
