Clinical Evaluation of Acupuncture Therapy of Lingshu Jing Combined with Acumicroprobe Loose Solution for Treating Cervicogenic Headache

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of draining needle and triple puncture in Lingshu Jing com-bined with acumicroprobe loose solution on cervicogenic headache.Methods:60 patients of cervicogenic head-ache were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were loosened by acumicroprobe, according to the method of draining needle on the first day and triple puncture from the second to the seventh day;while patients in the control group were treated by com-mon acupuncture.Visual analogue scales and effective rates were compared before treatment and 1 week, 1 month, 6 months after treatment in two groups.Results:Headache in both groups was alleviated.But the long-term effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclu-sion:Training needle and triple puncture in Lingshu Jing combined with acumicroprobe loose solution for trea-ting cervicogenic headache have better long-term effects.关键词
