Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Gongsun and Neiguan points on function-al dyspepsia patients with psychological factors.Methods:63 cases of functional dyspepsia patients with anxiety and/or depression were randomized into an acupuncture group(31 cases) and a control group(32 cases).The psychological scores of Hamilton depression Scale and the Hamilton anxiety Scale,functional dyspepsia symptom scores and gastric emptying rate were compared before treatment,during treatment and after treatment.Results:After 15 days′treatment,the psychological scores of Hamilton depression Scale and the Hamilton anxiety Scale were compared with pre-treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05);compared with pre-treatment,the psychological scores of Hamilton depression Scale and the Hamilton anxiety Scale were decreased significantly in the acupuncture group ( P<0.01) ,but there was not a statistical difference in the control group (P>0.05);compared with the same period in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after 15 days′treatment,the curative rate of acupuncture group was 80.6%and the rate of control group was 87 .5%, and the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05);the curative rate of acupuncture group was higher than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was significant (P<0.05);after 15 days′treatment,there were statistical differences compared with pre-treatment at gastric emptying rate(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between two groups ( P>0.05);after treatment, the acupuncture group was significantly improved compared with pre-treatment at gastric emptying rate,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with the pre-treat-ment in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Between two groups after treat-ment , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Acupuncture at Gongsun and Neiguan points for functional dyspepsia patients with psychological factors can significantly improve patients'anxiety and/or depression,and the symptom score and gastric emptying rate are significantly superior to oral domperidone tablets.With prolonged courses of treatment, the efficacy is more significant and this therapy is worthy of promo-tion.关键词
