穴位埋线联合隔姜灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床研究
Clinical Study on Idiopathic Facial Paralysis Treated by Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy and Ginger Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy on idiopathic facial paralysis treated by acupoint catgut embed-ding therapy and ginger moxibustion.Methods:Patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups according to standards.In the treatment group, 31 cases were treated by acupoint catgut embed-ding therapy combined with ginger moxibustion.While 32 cases in the control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy and ordinary acupuncture.6 days’ treatment was as one session.Observe the clinical efficacy after 4 courses of treatment.Results:After 4 courses of different treatment,in the treatment group 8 ca-ses were cured;15 cases had an obvious effect;7 cases were effective, and 1 case was invalid.The total effec-tive rate was 96.78%;while in the control group 4 cases were cured;10 cases had an obvious effect;15 cases were effective and 3 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 90.63%.The effects were significantly dif-ferent between two groups.After the end of treatment, the score according to Japanese facial paralysis degree a-nalysis was(27.95 ±5.65) points in the treatment group,which was higher than(24.17 ±7.68) points in the control group(P<0.01).The time(33.10 ±9.73)days in the treatment group for the treatment was less than that in the control group(36.01 ±8.41)days(P<0.01).The score (90.97 ±4.18)points of satisfaction sur-vey in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (87.32 ±5.62)points(P<0.01).Conclu-sion:Clinical efficacy on idiopathic facial paralysis treated by acupoint catgut embedding therapy and ginger moxibustion is significant compared with that in the control group treated by routine western medicine therapy and ordinary acupuncture.And acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with ginger moxibustion can short-en the course of treatment obviously and get higher satisfaction from patients.关键词
