摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of needle knife treatment for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:100 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected, and then they were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated by acupuncture therapy,and the control group was treated by intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate liquid.Contrast Lequesnes scores and VAS scores between two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy in two groups was not statistically significant;six months after treatment, the clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with a statistical significance ( P<0.05 );adverse reaction did not appear in the observation group,but 3 cases of adverse reactions appeared in the control group.Conclusion:Needle knife treatment for knee osteoarthritis is safe, efficient and worthy of clinical application.关键词
