摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture treatment on wound-healing mice and expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase( eNOS) in skin tissues.Methods:60 C57/BL6 mice were divided into two groups:a model control group and an electro-acupuncture treatment group.Each group was subdivi-ded into five time points:1 d,3 d,7 d,10 d,14 d(n=6).All mice were given skin excision injury model pro-cessing,and the electroacupuncture was used in the treatment group.Planimeter was used to measure the size of wounds.IHC and Real-time PCR were used to evaluate the expression of eNOS protein and mRNA.Results:The expressions of eNOS protein and mRNA in the electroacupuncture treatment group at each time point were increased significantly compared with those in the model control group (P<0.05).The rate of wound healing was increased in the electro-acupuncture treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture pro-motes skin wound-healing.And its mechanism may be to increase expression of endothelial nitric oxide syn-thase ( eNOS) caused by electro-acupuncture treatment.
