针刺恢复术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床观察
Efficacy of Acupuncture on Postoperative Recovery of Gastrointestinal Dysfunction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture at Zusanli ( ST 36 ) on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:60 participants were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty patients in the intervention group with needle acupuncture at Zusanli ( ST 36) twice per day plus basic treatment.Thirty patients in the control group were received basic treatment only .The time for the first flatus and the time for the first bowel movement after treatment were observed to evaluate the efficacy on postoperative recovery of gastroin -testinal dysfunction, and adverse cases were also observed.Results:After treatment, the time for the first flatus and the time for the first bowel movement in the intervention group were both significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05), and there was no adverse case.Conclusion:Acupuncture at Zusanli (ST 36) is effective and safe for postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.关键词
