摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the efficacy of acupuncture versus western medicine in the treatment of tension-type headache in China. Methods:Randomized controlled trials ( RCTs) involving acupuncture versus west-ern medicine in the treatment of tension-type headache in China were identified from CNKI, VIP, WANFANG Database and CBM.We also manually searched all kinds of magazines of traditional Chinese medicine and com-prehensive periodicals.Data were extracted and evaluated by two reviewers independently with a specially de-signed extraction form. The Cochrane Collaboration’ s RevMan5.2 software was used for data analysis. Results:There were totally 356 retrieved documents.Ultimately 9 articles met the inclusion criteria, and they included 598 subjects.Extracted data for Meta analysis:Efficiency:Acupuncture was better than only Western medicine [OR=3.94,95%CI=(2.37,6.56),Z=5.28(P<0.00001)].Pain VAS:Acupuncture was better than med-icine in reducing the degree of pain[MD=-0.58,95%CI=(-0.63,-0.52),P<0.00001].Conclusion:Existing domestic clinical evidence suggests that the curative effect of acupuncture treatment on tension-type headache compared with western medicine has certain advantages, but it still needs more high-quality random-ized controlled trials to confirm the curative effect of acupuncture treatment on tension-type headache.关键词
