刺血疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者生存质量影响观察
Effect on Life Quality of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients by Pricking Blood Therapy

Abstract
Objective:SF-36 scale was adopted to investigate the effect on life quality of knee osteoarthritis patients by pricking blood therapy, relying on pain scores and clinical efficacy to evaluate the effectiveness of pricking blood therapy.Methods:140 patients were randomly divided into two groups with falling off five cases. The treatment group(n=67)was treated by pricking blood therapy, and the control group (n=68)was treated by oral medication.Before and after treatment,each group was required to get the SF-36 quality of life ques-tionnaire score,VAS score and curative effect evaluation.Results:After treatment,VAS scores in two groups were decreased than those before treatment ( P <0.05 ) , and the treatment group was more significant.The scores of physical health, physical function,body pain, general health, vitality, social functioning and other as-pects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between two groups( P<0.05) .With the clinically therapeutic effect,74.63%patients in the treatment group were cured.However, in the control group 45.59% patients were healed,and in terms of efficacy there was a statistically significant difference between two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Pricking blood therapy can not only significantly alleviate the pain of patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis and improve the clinical effica-cy, but also can enhance the quality of life in patients with knee osteoarthritis compared with medicine treat-ment.The pricking blood therapy is worth promoting.关键词
