穴位注射治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘30例OACSTPCD
Acupoint Injection for Treating 30 Cases of Functional Constipation with Qi-Yin Deficiency
目的：观察穴位注射治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：根据随机分组的原则，将确诊为气阴两虚型功能性便秘的患者60例按1∶1比例随机分为治疗组与对照组，各30例。两组取穴相同，治疗组用生脉注射液穴位注射，对照组用针刺治疗。治疗时间均为3个疗程（10次为一疗程），期间停用影响临床疗效的相关药物。结果：治疗组总有效率96．6％，对照组总有效率86．6％，两组疗效有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：生脉注射液穴位注射治疗气阴两虚型功能性便秘疗效显著。
