Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy difference in the treatment of post -stroke shoulder-hand syn-drome among electro -acupuncture at the root of Pinna dorsal, electro-acupuncture at points corresponding upper limb and ipsilateral stellate ganglion block treatment .Methods:The patients who met the diagnostic crite-ria of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups.A group re-ceived electro -acupuncture at the root of Pinna dorsal;group B received electro-acupuncture at points cor-responding upper limb;group C received ipsilateral stellate ganglion block treatment.Compare the clinical effect in three groups.Results:Three groups had significant effects;the short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy of group A was better than those of group B;short-term pain efficacy of group A was similar to that in group C, and the long-term efficacy was better than that in group C ;short and long term efficacy of edema in group A was better than that in group C.Conclu ison:Electro-acupuncture at the root of Pinna dorsal is more significant than the electro-acupuncture at points corresponding upper limb and ipsilateral stellate ganglion block treat-ment,and it is an effective treatment for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,which is worth promoting.关键词
