先天性上睑下垂矫正术后早期眼球散光的变化
Changes in astigmatism after surgery for congenital ptosis

Abstract
Objective To assess the astigmatism changes after surgery for congenital ptosis. Methods The data of 29 severe congenital ptosis patients(30 eyes) who underwent surgical correction were reviewed. The preoperative and postoperative astigmatism were analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups (levator force≥3mm and levator force<3mm) depending on the levator force before surgery. Results The mean astigmatism in operated eye was (1.78 ±1.02)D preoperatively and (1.49±0.84)D postoperatively. The mean change of astigmatism after surgery was 0.29D (P<0.05). The astigmatic axis had no significant change (P>0.05). The mean astigmatism in healthy eye was (0.56±0.54)D preoperatively and (0.49±0.48)D postop-eratively. The mean change of astigmatism was 0.07D(P>0.05). The astigmatic axis was no significantly changed(P>0.05). The astigmatic changes were (0.56±0.57)D in patients with levator force≥3mm and (0.11±0.45)D in those with levator force<3mm (P<0.05). Conclusion Astigmatism was significantly reduced after surgical correction in congenital ptosis patients. The changes of astigmatism are associated with the levator force before surgery.关键词
