经小隐静脉置管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效分析
Catheter-directed thrombolysis via the small saphenous veins for acute deep venous thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of catheter- directed thrombolysis(CDT) via the smal saphenous veins with systematic thrombolysis for patients with acute deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Methods Sixty five patients with acute DVT ad-mitted from June 2010 to December 2012 were divided into two groups:23 patients received systemic thrombolysis(group A) and 42 patients received CDT via the smal saphenous veins(group B). The imaging findings of limb vein, the circumference of the af-fected legs and the rate of post- thrombotic syndrome (PTS) were examined and compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The curative efficacy in terms of vein imaging, circumference difference of the affected leg and the rate of PTS in group B were better than those in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Catheter- directed thrombolysis via the smal saphe-nous veins is an effective, safe and feasible approach to treat acute deep venous thrombosis.关键词
