Expression of β-catenin and antagonist factor SFRP1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinicopathological significance
目的:探讨Wnt信号通路的β- catenin和拮抗因子SFRP1在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化PV-8000法检测78例PTC组织和24例正常甲状腺组织中β- catenin和Wnt拮抗因子SFRP1蛋白的表达情况。结果 PTC组织中β- catenin阳性表达率明显高于正常甲状腺组织(P<0.01),而Wnt拮抗因子SFRP1蛋白在PTC组织中阳性表达率明显低于正常甲状腺组织(P<0.01)。β- catenin和…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate the expression of β- catenin of Wnt signaling pathway and its antagonist factor SFRP1 in papil ary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and its clinicopathological significance.
