Abstract
Objective To assess postoperative nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients receiving total parenternal nutrition (TPN) with different doses of compound amino acids. Methods Clinical data of 102 colorectal cancer patients undergo-ing surgical treatment and receiving postoperative TPN in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were retrospective re-viewed. The daily doses of compound amino acids for TPN were 250ml (group A), 500ml (group B) and 750ml (group C), respec-tively. The relationship between nutritional indexes after operation and different doses of compound amino acids was analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in sex, age, BMI index and duration of TPN use in three groups (P>0.05). Com-pared to preoperative levels and compared to group A, the albumin, pre- albumin and total protein concentration in group B on 3d after TPN were significantly improved (P<0.05). Compared with group A, the absolute value of AST, the variance of total protein, albumin, prealbumin and AST in group C had significant differences (P<0.05 of 0.01). Conclusion The dose of compound amino acid in TPN has a significant influence on the recovery of postoperative nutritional indexes in patients with colorectal carcinoma, a dose of no less than 500ml/d is recommended.关键词
