羟苯磺酸钙联合替米沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察
Calcium dobesilate combined with telmisartan in treatment of diabetic nephropath

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of calcium dobesilate combined with telmisartan in treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods Seventy two patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage III were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (36 cases) treated with combination of calcium dobesilate and telmisartan; control group (36 cases) treated with telmisartan alone. Blood sugar was control ed by insulin effectively in both groups with fasting plasma glu-cose(FPG)<8mmol·l-1, postprandial blood sugar(PBS)<10mmol/L. Urinary protein, UAER, FPG, PBS, HbA1c, BUN and CR of two groups were tested and compared before and after 12 weeks of treatment. Results Urinary albumin, UREA levels were lower in observation group than those in control group (P<0.05), while there were no significant differences in FPG, PBS, HbA1c, BUN and CR levels between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with monotherapy of telmisartan, the combination of calcium dobesilate with telmisartan is more effective in treatment type 2 diabetic nephropathy.关键词
