神经生长因子转染的人脐带间充质干细胞促进中枢神经系统损伤修复的实验研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cel s (hUC- MSCs) trans-fected with nerve growth factor (NGF) on injury recovery of central nerves in rats. Methods The isolated and cultured hUC- MSCs were transfected with adenovirus- mediated NGF gene. Ischemia hypoxia model of central nervous system was in-duced in Wistar rats. The NGF- transfected hUC- MSCs were transplanted in the model rats. The motion function of rats was eval-uated with footprint test and balance beam test. Results The transfected hUC- MSCs successful y expressed NGF protein. The footprint test and balance beam test showed that NGF- transfected hUC- MSCs promoted motor function recovery in rats with is-chemic injury of central nerves. Conclusion NGF- transfected hUC- MSCs can improve damage repair of central nerve in rats.关键词
