下肢静脉曲张腔内激光治疗与传统剥脱手术治疗的远期疗效对比研究

Abstract
Objective To compare the long- term efficacy between endovenous laser therapy (EVLT) and conventional stripping surgery for varicose vein of lower extremity(VVLE). Methods One hundred and twenty patients with VVLE admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011 were randomly divided into two groups (n=60 in each group). Patients in EVLT group were treated with EVLT, while those in control group were treated with conventional stripping operation. The complications, 1- , 2- and 3- y recurrence rate and CIVIQ scores were compared between two groups. Results The occurrence rates of ec-chymoma, stolidity, subcutaneous infection in EVLT group were significantly reduced compared to control group (P<0.01), while the occurrence rate of skin burns was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in occur-rence rate of phlebitis and1- , 2 and 3- y recurrence rates between two groups (P>0.05). The CIVIQ scores of EVLT group were significantly higher than those of control group 3 months after operation (P<0.05);however, there was no significant difference after 6 months (P>0.05). Conclusion EVLT has the advantage of less complication, fast recovery and significant long- term effi-cacy in treatment of VVLE compared to conventional stripping surgery.关键词
