摘要

Abstract

In the experimental test device of refrigeration, refrigeration system used electronic expansion valve control compared with thermal expansion valve control has more advantages, such as adjusting precision, logic into the convenient and strong controllability, but reasonable and effective control strategy is the key to ensure the realization of the good perfor-mance. This paper focuses on the control strategy that based on the electronic expansion valve under Omron CJ2M series PLC frame, and hardware and software design method, in order to realize the double control of the cooling system's reliability (superheat and limit load operating pressure) and the cooling performance. Practical results show that refrigeration system which used the control strategy can run steadily and reliably , the control logic of the regulation is simple, effective realize the refrigeration system of high precision cold output and long-term reliable operation.
