摘要

Abstract

Air compressors produce air of high temperature and high pressure while working,so heat of the air should be taken away by cooling devices between stages.The floating head, which bears severe laod, is the key part of the cooling devices. This paper, based on the ANSYS environment,carries out the dynamic analysis of the float head force condition in the highest working pressure.This paper provides a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the floating head and sug-gests the solution during the design and manufacture process of the floating head in order to avoid its strength failure.
