摘要

Abstract

With the drawing on the year, month, day, and three-stage load maps of the area, which is based on the mode consumption data, it analyzed the overall energy consumption, calculated the energy cost before and after the import-ing, the equipments investment cost recovery period, and the CO2 emission reductions, as well as the primary energy con-sumption reduction, the results all of which were figured. Finally, the issue carries on simple exploration and research on the improvement of the economic practice, in the hope for providing references for other deployment.
