摘要

Abstract

The influence of recirculated air and floating water on the performance of cooling tower in confined space remains to be further investigated. A thermodynamic model of cross cooling tower was set up and validated by the test with fully consideration of recirculated air. The influence of floating water on the simulation accuracy and recirculated air on the operation of cooling tower were analyzed. The re-sults show that the relative error of inlet air temperature and relative humidity are 14. 4% and 26%, respectively when floating water is not considered. The higher the recirculation ratio is, the greater the impact on cooling capacity of cooling tower becomes. The heat exchange capacity decreases 40. 68% when the recirculation ratio increases 50%.
