摘要

Abstract

This article introduces the structure, dusting mechanism and other functions of wet-type dust remover with metal filler, which can effectively make up the deficiency of the traditional fiber filter. The experiments test its performance on the conditions of different gas flow velocity and sprinkling rate. The results show the wet-type metal filler filtration system has higher filter efficiency which is up to 75%at the following work condition, air flow velocity:1. 2 m/s, sprinkling rate:1. 0 m3/h. This kind of system can be widely used in central-ized central air conditioning or ventilation system.
