急性粒细胞白血病细胞逃避NK细胞杀伤机制的研究进展
Research Progress of the Mechanism of the Immune Escape of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Cells from NK Killing Effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective NK cells play an important role in the immune surveillance against malignant tumors. It can kill tumor cells either directly or indirectly through its cytotoxicity and immunoregulation. Clinical studies have found that the inhibition of NK cell activity can accelerate the immune escape of acute myeloblastic leukemia(AML), undermine the immune surveillance of tumors and reduce the therapeutic effects of AML. This paper reviewed the AML cell membrane surface differentiation antigen cluster, effects of AML cytokines on NK killing activities, the major manifestation of inhibition of NK activity, the role and poten-tial of NK cells in the treatment of AML and the mechanisms of AML cells escaping from immune surveillance.关键词
