艾迪注射液联合TC方案治疗晚期上皮性卵巢癌的临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer treated by Aidi in-jection combined with TC Regimen. Methods 52 patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer were divided randomly into the treatment group (n=26) and the control group (n=26). The treatment group was treated with Aidi injection and TC regimen;while the control group was only applied to TC regimen. Comparing the clinical effects and safety according to total effect rate, KPS grade as well as toxic and side effects. Results The total effective rate and the KPS improvement rate of the treatment group both were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The differ-ence of adverse reactions between the two group had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The way of Aidi injection combined with TC regimen had good clinical effect on advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, and was a safe regimen in clinic.关键词
