摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the most common tumors in women. The main causes of reappear and even death of breast cancer patients were the tumor invasion and metastasis. Epithelial Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) is a proc-ess of tumor cell phenotypic changes. The unusual combination of EMT with stem cells competence might result in the production of tumor stem cells and enhance the capacity of tumour cell invasion, migration and metastasis. As a result, EMT can be served as a new approach for the study of breast cancer. It also could provide new targets for the treatment of breast cancer. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the research progress of EMT and breast cancer.关键词
