摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the model of pharmaceutical care for cancer patients with severe hypokalemia. Methods Pharmacists participated in the clinical consultation for a cancer patient with severe hypokalemia, and made comprehensive analysis from aspects of the pathogeny, the treatment and pharmaceutical care Results The clinical phar-macists played a role in assisting doctors in rational use of drugs during the clinical treatment. Suggestions and consultations were adopted by the clinic. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists could promote the level of clinical treatment and contribute to the guarantee of medication safety by participating in the clinical round and consultation.关键词
