Abstract
Objective To summarize the experiences of pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists in the department of medical oncology, and provide references for the future pharmaceutical care by pharmacists. Methods By analyzing the cases of pharmaceutical care practice, we summarized some breakthrough points for clinical pharmacists participating in the work of medical oncology department . Results Clinical pharmacists could carry out pharmaceutical care from such aspects as check of the examination index before chemotherapy, chemotherapy scheme selection and dosage adjustment, prescribed chemotherapy drugs examination and enforcement, education on drug use, monitoring and performing treatment on adverse drug reaction, rational use of analgesic drugs and so on. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should constantly sum up experi-ences through the learning of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. By enhancing the communication and collabora-tion skills and playing the pharmacy specialty, clinical pharmacists could give positive and effective pharmaceutical care for patients and promote the rational use of drugs.关键词
