乐山市医护癌痛的认知状况分析

Abstract
ObjectiveThisstudyaimedtoinvestigatethestatusquoofcognitionofdoctorsandnursesoncancerpainin Leshan city. Methods The cognition of 318 doctors and nurses on cancer pain were investigated by questionnaire in the rel-evant departments of 18 regional hospitals. Results The investigation showed 31.8%respondents completely believed the patients’pain level, 30.7%of them worried about the opioid drugs addiction, and 46.2%understood and used pain digital scoring to describe cancer pain grade. Even 26%respondents resisted to refuse giving drugs when patients didn’t feel pain, and 16.4%used meperidine against cancer pain. 18%respondents didn’t handle the side effects of opioid drugs or only handled when obvious side effects occurred. 23.5%of them didn’t or rarely assessed the effects after treatment, and 31.2%even rarely or didn’t follow the principle of three-step analgesic ladder. No significant difference was found in the status quo of cognition on cancer pain of doctors and nurses between second-class and tertiary hospitals. Conclusion There were several deficiencies in cancer pain treatments in Leshan area, such as judging pain degree, worrying about addiction, using insufficient opioid dose, handling side effects untimely.关键词
