The Relationship between Fusobacterium Nucleatum and the Development of Colorecal Neoplasia
摘要
Abstract
The effects of gut microbiota on colorectal tumor attract widespread attention. Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn), a com-mensal resident of the human gut, is closely associated with intestinal tumorigenesis. Fn may contribute to the development and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Studies of clinical epidemiology and molecular mechanisms on this topic provide new ideas for the pre-vention and the treatment of colorectal cancer. The present article summaries the recent advances in the relationship between Fn and the development of colorecal neoplasia, and outlines the future prospect.关键词
