摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore how to carry out pharmaceutical care for an elderly patient with lung cancer. Meth-ods Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for the patient in the whole therapy process, including making and evaluating chemotherapy regimens, monitoring the adverse drug reactions, selecting anti-bacterial drugs and providing pharmaceutical education for the patient. Results The pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists offered the pa-tient with the individualized chemotherapy regimen, improved the therapeutic effects of medication and reduced the damage from medicines.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists work closely with doctors could optimize the therapeutic regimen and ensure the clinical rational drug use.关键词
