摘要
Abstract
LED optical parameters tester is used to measure both light and electricity parameters of LED in visible light range .The article discusses the differences of the two methods: “standard test method for calibration of LED optical parameter tester using a standard source of irradiance” and“standard test method for calibration of LED optical parameter using LED standard source”.The results show that the method of using a LED standard source is better than the other method .关键词
