摘要

Abstract

Heat dissipation for high power LED luminaire is studied in this paper .The relationship between thermal performance and high power LED luminaire is analyzed from several factors which include radiator material selection , radiator structure optimization design , radiator surface treatment processes , effective heat dissipation area and convection condition .These different heat dissipation technologies are integrated and optimized .The results showed that these different thermal technologies could improve cooling effect of high power LED luminaire .
