Integrating Sphere Device and Test Methods of the Flux Test of Power LED Modules for Research
摘要
Abstract
In this paper, it researches the flux testing methods for high -power LED modules.Since there are controversies between the system device and test methods , through theoretical analysis a new model is proposed for integrating sphere system measuring device .The accuracy of the device was validated and corrected through experiments. Its measurement principle, self-absorption correction, system flux calibration, uncertainty analysis and related test method have been studied and discussed .Experiments were conducted with different samples and the results were generated .The results show that integrating sphere device is easy for modification and the experiment data are consistent with the lighting design needs .It provides a new and cost-effective solution for the high power LED module ’ s flux measurements.关键词
