摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the assessment of radiation coating which cooling effect was determined by junction temperature and thermal resistance of LED .Three different samples have been tested .The cooling effect and characteristics have been evaluated by comparing with the system without radiation coating .In addition, RC model, heating curve and structure function revealed its role in the whole system and the impact of the thermal performance of various parts .Furthermore, a new testing method of radiation coating has been proposed.关键词
