Structural Elucidation of in vitro Metabolites of PF573228 by HPLC-QTOF MS and MS/MS
摘要
Abstract
To study the in vitro metabolic characteristics of PF573228 with rat liver microsomes, HPLC-ESI-MS/MS was applied and elucidated three metabolites of PF 573228 based on the chromatographic retention times , accurate ion mass and fragmentation pattern .Three biotransformation pathways , i.e., dehydrogenation , N-dealkylation and oxidation metabolism were suggested for the 3 metabolites.关键词
