Isolation and Identification of One Melanin-Producing Microorganism in Soil
摘要
Abstract
One melanin-producing microorganism D-1 was isolated and purified from a soil . Based on morphological characteristics and the phylogenetical analysis of 16S rDNA sequence, this microorganism was determined to belong to Streptomyces.The growth curve , antibiotic resistance and absorption spectrum of melanin produced by D-1 were also examined and may provide the basis for subsequent optimization the melanin producing procedures .关键词
