“江边一碗水”总木脂素的抗肿瘤作用及一般毒性的研究
Study of the Anti-Tumor Activity and General Toxicity of the Total Lignans of Diphylleia sinensis
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the anti-tumor effects of the total lignans of Diphylleia sinensis and its toxicity in hepatocarcinoma H22 solid tumor-bearing mice ( H22 mice ) , the transplanted H 22 hepatocarcinoma mice model was established through axillary vaccination of hepatocarcinoma H 22 cells to SPF male mice . Different dosages of Diphylleia sinensis were administrated for 10 d to H22 mice to evaluate its tumor inhibitory effect as well as the effects on body weight , immune organ index, blood and urine routine ,liver and renal function , et al.The results indicated that the tumor inhibitiory rates of 50, 100, 200 mg/kg total lignans of Diphylleia sinensis were 44.9%, 54.8%, 62.1%respectively, but the administration had no obvious effect on the body weight , immune organ index , hematopoietic system , liver and renal function .So the total lignans of Diphylleia sinensis had obvious anti-tumor effect but had low toxicity , which was probably the anti-tumor basis of Diphylleia sinensis.关键词
